These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Key2Alkaline ("Key2Alkaline," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website located at key2alkaline.life (the "Site") and any ordering, delivery, or related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the Site or use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or otherwise use our Services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
Orders are accepted Monday through Wednesday of each week, unless otherwise indicated on the Site. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated based on your delivery address and disclosed prior to checkout.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to be bound by Stripe's applicable terms of service in addition to these Terms. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order as placed.
Deliveries are made every Sunday within a 22-mile radius of Fort Worth, Texas 76105, during the delivery window selected at checkout. You are solely responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery and that the address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible or liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery resulting from incorrect address information, an inaccessible delivery location, or recipient unavailability.
All meals must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Meals are best consumed within four to five days of delivery. Rice and pasta-based dishes generally hold well through day six to seven when properly sealed and refrigerated.
We are not responsible for any food quality, safety, or health-related issue arising from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery has been completed.
All meals prepared by Key2Alkaline are 100% plant-based; however, they are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to tree nuts, soy, and gluten-containing ingredients. It is your sole responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee that any meal is entirely free of cross-contact with allergens and assume no liability for adverse reactions.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, published on our main website. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms set forth in that policy.
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent or inaccurate information, to interfere with the proper operation of the Site, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Key2Alkaline name, logo, recipes, photography, and written content, is the property of Key2Alkaline and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Key2Alkaline, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
The Site and all Services and meals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key2Alkaline and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
