Deliveries go out every Sunday. Choose your window — morning (10am–2pm) or evening (5pm–7pm). Pickup is also available.

Do you deliver to my area? +
We deliver within 22 miles of Fort Worth, TX 76105. Enter your zip code in the order form to instantly check your delivery fee. Pickup is always available at no charge.
When do I need to place my order? +
Orders are accepted Monday through Wednesday each week. All meals are delivered every Sunday during your chosen window — morning (10am–2pm) or evening (5pm–7pm).
Are all meals fully vegan? +
Yes — every single meal on the K2A menu is 100% plant-based. No meat, no dairy, no compromise.
Are meals made fresh or frozen? +
Everything is made fresh from scratch using premium ingredients. We never freeze our meals or use pre-made shortcuts. Your food is prepared specifically for your order.
How do I reheat my meals? +
Simply remove the lid and microwave for 2–3 minutes, or transfer to a pan and heat on medium for 4–5 minutes. Meals are best consumed within 4–5 days. Rice and pasta dishes hold well through day 6–7 when sealed and stored properly in the fridge.
Can I customize my meals? +
Customizations are available exclusively on the Bespoke plan. Essentials and Prestige plans follow the set menu for that week.
What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction? +
Please include any allergies or restrictions in the notes field when placing your order. We take this seriously and will do our best to accommodate you. For specific concerns, reach out to us directly before ordering.
How do I cancel my order? +
To cancel your order, email us at key2alkaline@outlook.com or DM us on Instagram @key2alkaline before Wednesday at midnight. If your request is within the cancellation window we will process a full refund through Stripe within 3–5 business days. Cancellations after Wednesday cannot be accommodated as preparation has already begun.
How do I cancel or skip a week? +
Simply don't place an order that week — there are no subscriptions or auto-charges. You order when you want, and skip when you don't. No contracts, no pressure.
